And: The Affiliate

Contemplating the terms & treaties of this Agreement and the other significant thoughts, the parties agree as follows.

1. Responsibilities of the Parties:

Affiliate shall have the chance to market Sat Business Academy and its instructions ensuing the terms of this Agreement.

• Affiliate shall promote and market Sat Business Academy programs using only marketing materials supplied or approved by Sat Business Academy. Marketing objects(emails, landers, ads, social media posts) must be reliable with Sat Business Academy’s branding and shall not be false or misleading.
• Affiliate shall direct potential purchasers of Sat Business Academy programs to the dedicated links provided by Sat Business Academy.
• The Affiliate agrees to comply with all appropriate laws, rules, and protocols and to enter CAN-SPAM without restriction.

2. Compensation:

Sat Business Academy will pay commissions from the sale of Products as follows:

• 50% of revenue commissions are payable to affiliates after 30 days from the initial sale. We use Paypal to make Payments are made via Paypal.
• Unless explicitly stated, live physical events, membership programs, and external promotions are not liable for affiliate commissions.

 Net revenues are the revenues left after subtracting expenses and refunds. Sat Business Academy determines these at its sole discretion and deducts them from affiliate payment amounts.

We will track commissions via dedicated, unique links from Sat Business Academy. Each Affiliate is required to use the link provided before the promotion to enable proper tracking. If the affiliates fail to use the correct link, they will not receive the commission. We will pay commissions for revenue received in the form of refunds. We will pay commissions within 30 days of the completion of any promoted launch, including the end of the 30-day money-back return guarantee and the achievement of any payment plans (where applicable).

Sat Business Academy shall process all payments.

3.  Privacy:

• None of the gatherings hereto shall, during the term of this Agreement or at any time after that, connect, reveal, or use for the advantage of any other person, persons, company, association, corporation, or entity any of another party’s intimate material, knowledge, or know-how. A party hereto shall reveal such information only to its employees, financial advisors, and legal congress, as must have access to that to satisfy its obligations.

4. Independent Contractors:

The parties shall be and remain separate contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall comprise any party, among other things, the undefined or exceptional means, legal diplomat, minor, joint ventures, partner, worker, or servant of the others for any resolution. Nor shall anything in this Agreement affect the employees of any party to be employees of the others. Affiliates shall not signify themselves as agents or congress of Sat Business Academy.

5.Execution:

• After thirty (30) days’ written notice, both parties may end this Agreement.
• Sat Business Academy may stop this Agreement instantly, for cause, which shall include but not be limited to:
• Behavior by Affiliate that reduces the outstanding standing of Sat Business Academy and Sat Business Academy’s Product.
• Grievances from customers about the Affiliate.
• Misapplication of the names or images of the utterers or faculty who appear in Sat Business Academy agendas in a way that is not consistent with the goals, branding, and intent of Sat Business Academy and its programs.
• Any nonconformity by the Affiliate from the highest standards of expert and profitable conduct or
• Affiliate’s opening of the terms of this Agreement 

6. Addition:

This Agreement groups forth all the terms of Sat Business Academy’s Affiliate program.

7. Restitution:

The parties at this moment agree to save and hold each other (and their individual business affiliates) harmless of and from and shall insure each of them against any losses, obligations, indemnities, rulings, awards, suits, claims, fines, drawbacks, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) which may arise in any action, claim or proceeding against them, or any of them, for or because of:

1. Whether oversight or commission acts that a party or any of their servants, agents, or employees may commit in connection with that party’s performance or failure to perform under this Agreement.
2. Any opening of any picture, warranty, or agreement hereunder.
3. The sale, marketing, announcement, or promotion of SAT Business Academy’s programs.
