   In entrepreneurship, “amor fati” means inner peace and an epic story about everything that makes up life. They provide the basis for expansion. For example, even if entrepreneurs launch a product and fail, they are still interested in the business. Instead of viewing it as a failure, he sees it as an experience through which he can analyze the results and gain a higher perspective on the market. The same goes for dealing with demanding clients or colleagues. In such situations, patience and communication are practiced, which are the most critical leadership skills.
   Practical insights:
   Constantly assess your failures to identify areas for improvement. Develop a journaling culture where you can write down and record the lessons learned from such mistakes, using them as a springboard to success.
2. Focus on what you can control.
   Although entrepreneurship is dangerous, everything from market trends to consumer behavior to economic changes can change simultaneously. A pillar of Stoicism is focusing on what we can control, such as how we behave, speak, and think. Active motion diverts our attention from what can’t be controlled and focuses on the steps we can take; it becomes the primary motion.
