I have written this book, “Introverts build business on their quiet strength.” They are generally shy, lack social skills, and are reluctant to speak to others, even at meetings. They are good listeners and will not jump into a conversation like extroverts, as they need time to think. Extraverts talk a lot, regret it afterward, whereas introverts take time to decide on something before starting the conversation. They use their time to the best of their ability.

Introverts prefer to work from home because they cannot cope with working in a noisy office, as they take time to think, decide, and put together a proper plan to accomplish what they decide to do.
