Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with SAT Business Academy. We are committed to providing quality books and excellent customer service. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders Placed on Our Website

This policy applies only to books and products purchased directly from the SAT Business Academy website.

If you purchased a book through Amazon or another third-party marketplace, your return and refund request must be made through that platform and will be subject to its respective policies.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The book is unused and in its original condition.
  • The book is returned with its original packaging (where applicable).
  • You provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The book has been read extensively, damaged, written in, highlighted, or altered.
  • The return request is made after 14 days from the delivery date.
  • The item was purchased through Amazon or another third-party seller.
  • The product is a digital download, eBook, online course, or other downloadable content that has already been accessed.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where appropriate.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined in this policy.

7. Amazon Purchases

Books purchased through Amazon are governed by Amazon’s return and refund policies. Please initiate any return or refund request directly through your Amazon account.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Digital products and eBooks
  • Downloadable resources
  • Online courses
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
