Building and maintaining relationships is crucial for business; say you have workers, if you do take any initiative to build a good relationship will affect your business in many ways.

If you do not connect with your staff, they will take their job for granted and might become lazy in doing the work. That costs you more expenses in finding new staff and training them.

You might be having excellent suppliers for your products, essential to maintain a good relationship with them to help you. Such as recommending them to your friends and relations and making the payments promptly, giving good reviews for their products, all of which help you in the long run.

Marketing becomes better when you maintain other entrepreneurs in your industry when you support good relationships. You can promote their products to your audience, and they can promote your products to their audience. That results in building a more extensive community and more sales as well. So that allows you to grow your business.
