Introduction

I am Vathani Ariyam, the author of this eBook, “Anger Management,” telling you all about anger emotion and how it affects people. If someone is angry, it is expected we are all born with anger, but allowing it to burst out is a dangerous thing. Anger rage will affect the person concerned and the others around this individual. Suppose the uncontrollable anger issue is allowed to continue. In that case, the angry person will lose everything, like a job, house, other assets, and the family, ultimately becoming the loser. We have to sit back and think for a couple of minutes before bursting out whether losing anger is worth it; that thought will help you to control your anger. When someone is frustrated and with low esteem are bound to get angry through lack of self-respect. Therefore, you have to find ways to overcome that. The best way to overcome the frustration is to have self-improvement that gives you confidence, and you will start to respect yourself then that others cannot intimidate you into becoming angry.

There are other ways to control anger go for self-help, you have to get books about self-help to read to comfort yourself; on the other hand, you can seek help from the anger management program.

Our kids also get anger issues; some learn these brand-new skills from their parents. Therefore, the parents must live without bursting out to help the kids protect themselves from picking the same habit.

When, some kids from families where witness violence all the time, then, if that is the case, the kids will quickly pick up that bad habit.   How to find a solution, this is my advice to people suffering from anger problems, and I have given all these points in detail in this eBook with the hope that you will benefit a lot from this eBook.
