6 Ways to Beat Writer’s Block

I am a writer and write daily a minimum of 500 words as I want to keep my mind interested in writing as I did not want to lose it. Also, I do edit daily for a half-hour. So how do I do that?

I am a business person who has many tasks in my hands daily; therefore, the only job I do not want to miss is my writing. Because I am aware, a business person needs to be ready to write anything at any time when required. They have to write letters, emails, reports, and anything related to the business. They might even have to register to funder the pitches when they need to look out for funding. So writing is one of the mainsails for any entrepreneur; if not, you have to depend on others to write for you.

I follow these tips to keep my writing regularly.

I have a work schedule that needs doing daily, so writing is one of the priority tasks, which I usually do in the evenings. Besides, writing is one of my favorite tasks as I write an article to post on my websites; I am an online course creator, so I have to write lessons for students. I am also an affiliate marketer, so I write product reviews to promote my products. Therefore, I set my time and organize my work to reduce any stress or miss anything.

Finding a topic to write about is not that easy.

I do a lot of research to find topics to write about also ensures the issues that I write have to relate to my websites. I am among many people who must be finding it difficult with this part of the writing. Sometimes I write about incidents that happened in some of my friends’ families in the past and use it for my eBooks as I am an eBook writer. If it is a long story, I make it one eBook and publish my eBooks on Amazon.

Do something else at times.

Even though I love writing, sometimes I feel tired and do not find enough facts to write about, so I quickly move on to another task that makes me feel easy to do to continue in my work time. I am a person who works ideally from 7 am to 10 pm daily but makes sure to take a break from work for about four hours, and I do this from Monday to Sunday. I am a passionate business person, so I do not feel tired or depressed by working like this makes me happy.

 Write a Product Review

Have to select a product where you are comfortable to write a review of that product. Then consider the following points when you start to write your review.

  • Advantages
  • Disadvantages
  • From where did you get that.
  • The cost of it.

It will be helpful to study the ins & outs of that product before you start to write. It will be more beneficial to acquire that product and use that for a while; you will find it easy to write the review. When you are a newbie to write a product review, take care and follow the tips that I have given you here, but after getting a good experience and feel comfortable, you can start to write the review for any product.

Write something you like.

Write a Letter

As a writer, sometimes we find it challenging to write an article, essay, or poem for your project; aside, start writing to keep your language muscles active; that is the right thing to do. Say you start to write a letter to someone you know a friendly note that will make you feel happy and keep your practice on without neglecting it. Writing a letter is personal communication is much easier rather than writing essays or articles.

Many writers suffer from this and leave their writing for days, weeks, and maybe months even. Please make your mind up, not think negatively about your writing life, and start to write all over again.
