I have a business plan, education, and resources. How do I overcome this fear? The most important thing is to believe in yourself; if you have doubts about your capabilities, that is one of the reasons for the fear. I understand that people are fearful and do not want to take a risk by setting up a business.
You might have everything, but it is impossible to become successful in business when you do not have the courage. So, you need to invest in yourself more and learn about the company set up to develop yourself personally.
Some people blindly set up the business but are never able to grow, but fortunately, they stay in the industry that takes a long time to see success. The main reason is they do not learn how to start a business properly, take that off the ground, and then grow it also must sustain the growth. All these needs investing your time into the business.
