Introduction
Some of us feel lonely, depressed, invisible, and insignificant most of the day. However, we never attempt to find out why, and when we think better, we forget about the feeling and get on with our lives.
I am Vathani Ariyam, the author of this eBook, “I am an Invisible and Insignificant Individual,” which is the last of my one hundred eBooks. That does not mean I will stop writing here. I will continue to write as long as my health permits because I love writing. The main reason for reporting this eBook is to help people who face all these issues.
One of the main reasons we suffer from these issues is that we do not write down our problems and look for solutions to eliminate them. So, what makes you feel invisible? Is it a feeling within you, or do some people make you invisible? Then, it is up to you to make changes in your life.
The changes mean you have to do things to develop your personality and grow your confidence. You have to push yourself to become socially visible. How can you do that? Let me assume you are a businessperson; surround yourself with like-minded people, and avoid negative people.
Get the support of influencers in your industry because people will start to believe you, which will help you become successful; eventually, you will not have any reason to feel insignificant.
Some people become invisible because they are socially anxious and depressed and undervalue themselves.
They become addicted to self-abandoning behaviors. It ultimately makes them feel lonely, and they become invisible to them, which results in them becoming invisible to others. If I cannot see myself, others cannot see me too.
Further, do not please everyone in your personal life, so you will become invisible to others, as they will take it for granted that you are available to them. In other words, do not let others use you.
Keep away from undermines to protect you from negativity. As an introvert, you must become assertive, learn to mix with people and bring your expertise to the world, but not brag. Do not forget to know the self-worth that prevents you from feeling low and invisible; it boosts your confidence.
We have to take care of ourselves from these feelings. If not, we lead ourselves to self-sabotage and eventually develop depression. If you leave anything for too long, you will find it challenging to come out of it and start to think about others and compare yourself with them, severely affecting your health. We all know we cannot succeed or be happy without good health.
