Joint venture partnership
When two or more people join a venture and agree to work together, they achieve a specific goal.
My decision to look for a joint venture partner is as follows.
- Saving time
- It is not ideal for one person to wear all the hats.
- Access to new knowledge and expertise and specialized staff.
- Access to more significant resources, for example, technology and finance.
- New insights and expertise
- It is only temporary. You won’t be committing to it long-term.
- Both parties share the risks and costs
- More likely to succeed
- Build relationships and networks
The benefits you will have by becoming a joint venture partner.
- You will have most of the benefits that I have mentioned above.
- Learning a new venture, you can use it later.
- Share of profits
