Introduction
My name is Vathani Ariyam. I am the author of this eBook, “Fruitful Introverts,” here, I am writing about introverted and extroverted adults and students. Shy adults may be reluctant to mix with people but contribute significantly to the economy when they become fruitful entrepreneurs. If you are an introvert, do not worry when you work hard, and if you want to set up your own business, you might find it difficult at the start because you might be hesitant to make a massive amount of connections compared with extroverts. Entrepreneurship can be challenging for introverts; it is also not true, as there are most successful entrepreneurs in history. If you are an
introvert, you shouldn’t do everything in the business when you are not outgoing. I can show some significant successful business people are Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Page, and many more, who are all classified as introverts. You know your strengths and weaknesses; all you have to do is make up for your shortcomings, and you will become successful regardless of how you started your business.
When you start a business, you want to become successful, and if you find it difficult to network with other entrepreneurs, you can begin with offline marketing. People think that offline marketing is not compelling in this day and age; sometimes, direct mailing can be very powerful. Sometimes introverts are not likable because they are quiet and thoughtful and don’t like to get into conversations quickly; they want to sit and observe what the other people are talking about. This quality will put many people out there as they cannot understand someone finding it challenging to have a conversation.
Introverts are quiet people, so they have plenty of time on their hands and work hard and complete success faster than others. Therefore, they are considered brilliant people. When you are in a relationship with an extrovert, there will be occasions when the socialite tries to undermine you because the introvert does not say anything back. You are an introvert; you like to listen when another person is talking about you, but you will not tell about yourself, making some foolish people think you are not an achiever. So, you need to protect yourself from that type of person.
In classrooms, you will find extroverted, introverted, and shy pupils; therefore, the school authorities will have to adopt suitable methods to treat everyone the same and train the teachers not to prioritize talkative kids who learn psychology to handle all kids the same way.
