*How to nurture hope to get your losses?

 I want to talk about my view in life about the word “hope,” and I think that everything else l might leave you at some point going only one thing in your life: hope. I have seen people who have lost almost everything in their lives, and sometimes they think about the point of living anymore. 

If a person has children and a partner, they might leave you because you have lost everything in your life. After all, they conclude that you will not be any use to them.

You have to ask yourself a few questions like the following:

· Why did I lose everything in my life?

· How did I lose all that I had?

· Did I make a big mistake?

· What made me make that mistake?

· Did I lose because of my bad habits?

So, find the answers and analyze the reason for losing everything in your life. After all that, you still have a few things with you, your life, health, and last but not least the hope. Now it is time for you to make the best use of your present things.

First, if you accept that you lost everything because of your bad habit, you need to learn discipline and change yourself to become a better person. To start building up your hope, you need to list the things that you have not done in your life that help you build your confidence.

How to nurture more hope in life?

Another thing reminds yourself of your achievements as to how you achieved what you lost now. Then think about all your successes and develop coping skills and think, if I can do that before, why can I not do it now. Have a belief in yourself, and look out for things that can empower you. Also try to surround yourself with like-minded people helps you to bring back the lost confidence.

Your strengths and resources.

If learning and savings in your list start it straightway, you have no family now; no income might wonder how you can begin to save. You must be finding some money from somewhere to survive, take a dollar out of that to put in your savings account, and regularly make that a habit.

Then start learning a new skill depending on your age. You can speed up your learning. Spend your time doing something useful to you and the others to build up your hope more. Remember, the only thing left with you is your hope.

When people happen to lose everything in their lives, most of them take that as an excuse and sabotage them more. Easy to forget but challenging to get that back if you do not have the hope and discipline. Maintaining confidence and control will help you build your life repeatedly when you are persistent with it.

Once you learn your new skill, try to make the best use of it to make money, either find a job, start a small business, or do both if you make your mind sharp and work hard and set your goal to achieve the best possible. When you begin to complete slowly, you will see the big difference in your lost relationships and friendships. 

If you lose everything, everyone will look down on you and start to leave you. Nevertheless, remember your family & friends left, but that will be not forever once they see your hope, discipline, hard work, and achievements will come back to you. It is time for you to realize that nothing is permanent in life apart from your health and your hope in yourself.

Therefore, never lose hope whatever happens in your life as that helps you build a successful and happy life again.
