*What is the advantage of getting your work validated?
Why is validation important?
Validation is essential to know the accuracy and clarity of your work; without verification, you run the risk of making poor decisions that you might not know. When you get someone to validate your work, you get better knowledge about your work, and you will come to know your mistakes more importantly. If not, the errors will continue, which will affect your success.
You will become aware of the quality of the work you produced resulting in believing in your career. That is one of the best motivations that you will get from that.
Motivation gives you to build your trust more, so you will need to do more work. Stimulation will lead to great success in your job.
How about people who cannot find validators for their work?
That is me. I do not have any validators other than my online course platform always accepts my online course, so I assume that I do the proper work. Sometimes, when I read their reports from other instructors, they complain that their course got rejected, which makes me conclude that I am doing something right.
So, I decided to get opinions from other senior course creators of the same platform that I use to publish my courses. I got some valuable reviews even that were useful to make severe improvements by correcting my mistakes in my work.
I am an amazon kindle publisher; also, I have joined their group. So, when I read others’ communication, I have come across even their eBooks not accepted by amazon, so again I conclude that I am doing something right. It makes me feel so down when I think that I do not have a validator. It is not that I am not capable of finding some mentors or editors to read my work; the main issue that I have is the money problem. So, when I make my career, I do my best to read many times and edit using Grammarly.
Getting reviews
The above points are different from getting your work validated and getting reviews. I do not understand whether there is a difference between getting reviews and validation. Anyone can give the review, but you must be qualified in that sector to do that to provide validation.
I would say getting validation or a review is vital to prove you have done the job correctly, so it gives you relief and starts to trust you; if you do not have any of these, you will become depressed and lose your faith in bringing your potential out to do a better job.
Some of us are fearful of getting our work validated, thinking that we will lose our confidence and become unstable to do t more work. But remember it doesn’t work like that if you lose trust, you must believe in more hard work to improve your work. So, validation allows you to work harder to become a winner; ultimately, you will start to make money from your future career.
