I am Vathani Ariyam, a freelance accountant. I have worked in the finance industry for 35 years. I entered Internet Marketing in 2016. I have written 171 eBooks and 54 online courses; the topics are Business, Accounting, Affiliate marketing, Self-help, and Parenting. Now, I specialize in Personal finance. I have helped many clients start businesses, implemented accounting methods, wrote business plans, and taught students accounting principles. I am the director of Sat Business Academy.
I maintain and write posts for Satbusiness Academy and Sat Accounts and an Online Store site for Affiliate marketing, and I promote products from Click Bank.
I am looking for students to learn accounting and small business owners to help them maintain their businesses’ finances. People love to create online courses as that is the cost-effective way to know what they are passionate about in today’s atmosphere. I can also teach how to write an eBook and sell it. Here, you will learn to find the niche you are passionate about and the suitable marketing methods for your products.

My online course delivery will be designed as follows.
To make my content more appealing and interactive, I will incorporate a variety of media and tools such as slides, videos, images, audio, polls, quizzes, surveys, and more.
Communicate with my participants.
Next, I will communicate with my participants before, during, and after the online training session. Establishing a relationship and trust with my participants is essential, as is providing them with clear and timely information and instructions such as the date, time, and link of my session, the agenda and objectives of my session, the expectations and rules of your session, the prerequisites and preparation for your session, and the feedback and follow-up after my session.
Assist my session
This step is to facilitate my session confidently and enthusiastically, employing my skills and techniques to develop a positive and engaging learning experience for my participants. Ask open-ended questions and prompts to encourage participation and discussion and provide feedback and praise to acknowledge and reinforce learning.
During the training, focus on creating an engaging learning environment. Introduce myself and set expectations. Start with an overview of the session’s goals and structure. Encourage participation: When running online training, ENGAGEMENT is king. Without it, even the best content falls flat.
Evaluate my session
Here is my goal: to evaluate my session honestly and openly. I need to collect and analyze data and feedback from my participants, myself, and others, such as surveys, questionnaires, tests, quizzes, assignments, observations, comments, testimonials, self-reflection, peer reviews, and mentoring.
After the training, gather feedback to assess its effectiveness. Collect evaluations: Use surveys or feedback forms to gather participant insights on what worked well and areas for improvement. Reflect on your performance: Analyze input and observations to identify your delivery’s strengths and weaknesses.
