Some of us are busy working or looking after the family hardly have time to mix around. People in business are desperate to make money because they work hard, so no time if it is a business that has not done well for a while and still the entrepreneur continues to work on that has two serious issues. One lacks time, and the other is lack of money, so much a person will end up living with work only.

That is also true and acceptable if you meet someone and quickly talk your sense. You might face the consequences because that particular individual might go out and tell everything about you to some people who spend time talking about others.

For an individual to be like that, it depends on the bringing up as well, and I am a person who is reluctant to talk to people because I am so used to that type of life. I am an introvert in nature, but my bringing up also added to that. I had a rigorous father; we were never allowed to mix around with anyone because he was scared that someone might hurt us as he was a single dad. I grew up in an environment like that and goes deep into your mind and will stay with you as long as you live.

Some of us do not have an interest in interactions; even if you have to take them to go to a function, they join for the sake of your request. They do not have an interest in joining others, and they hardly like anyone to join, whereas lots of others enjoy going out and having fun in their life. Do they lead a secret life, they have their own emotions build up within themselves? Sadly, I do not go anywhere, always staying indoors and doing some work.

Moreover, you might think that I cannot continue to work in this place as I have too many distractions that I cannot cope up. Introverts considered as laid back, shy, and they have a fear of social judgment. Nevertheless, they have made themselves great entrepreneurs because of one of their valuable skills, listening. People feel shy due to different circumstances. If an individual has to deliver a speech for the first time might feel nervous to start with but can come out of it if they feel happy about their performance. When they start school for the first time, some kids will not talk to even property for a couple of months due to shyness. Teachers wonder what is going on with this child; then they notice that particular child mixes around very well with everyone there after a while. Some people believe that they cannot communicate well and because of that, they might make mistakes in talking, especially when they are in a group. So, they decide the best solution for it to avoid meeting people. But they do not realize they are sabotaging themselves in other ways and missing out on things like meeting like-minded people who will understand them. Then when they keep avoiding meeting people, they cannot improve their communication skills. Mixing around helps you to inspire yourself to understand your weakness and work on them to improve that.
