How do you manage business relationships?
The business relationships could be with suppliers, customers, investors, government, and employees. Managing relationships with everyone connected to the company is essential; otherwise, you will face many problems.
Suppliers

If you do not pay their bills on time, you might lose your good supplier and fall into bad credit. Then it might not be easy to find another supplier that will affect your business.
Customers
You must respect their time and finish their scheduled work on time; you must listen to their concerns and respond to them immediately. You must train your staff to treat your customers well and give more value to them by providing good products or services. Remember that customers are the backbone of your business; they leave you in no time if they don’t get what they need from you.
Investors
You run your business with the help of your investors; if you do not share whatever they need, they soon become frustrated in having a relationship with you and might ask you for their money back. An investor could be sharing your profit or looking for the return on their investment in another way. Whatever the agreement, maybe ensure that your business is running well to pay its dues on time; otherwise, the relationship between you and the investor will go down.
Employees
As a business owner, you must be patient in dealing with your employees or stakeholders. Ensure you make the payments to the employees on time and any mistakes you find. Try to deal diplomatically; otherwise, the employees become uninterested in your business. And spend time at your business without interest, looking forward to leaving the job. If that happens because of your lousy treatment, they spread the word around; you must spend a lot of money finding suitable employees to work for you.
Government
The government becomes happy when it sees successful businesses coming up, for one of the main reasons is that the number of people claiming benefits will decrease. Also, you are improving their country’s economy, and they will get more money from the businesspeople as tax payments. Therefore, you must maintain the best relationship with the government by not neglecting the laws imposed on your business. If not, they can easily find you out and put you in trouble and d finally get you out of your business; in other words, they can shut your business down.

Get along with the society around you and your business
Your business might be successful, and when you move about with other business people around you, never show your arrogance, so learn to respect anyone around you. Do you know entrepreneurs have to become better people? If not, they cannot stay in business for long or achieve their goals.
Therefore, the best qualities of a successful entrepreneur are patience, hard work, integrity, and transparency so people will love you as a business owner. You must be the person who should face any challenges with courage and fight against them.
